Honeybee Creations Shop Policies

Welcome: Honeybee Creations is an affordable way to show people you care with unique and hand-made cards, invitations and other paper crafts.

Payment: Honeybee Creations accepts payment through Shopify and includes the following options: ShopPay, PayPal, GPay, MetaPay and all major credit cards. 

Shipping: After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond Kelsey’s control. Shipping is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your order number or use a tracking number or link provided to you when your order was shipped. If you find your order does not arrive, please contact the shipping company first and then contact Kelsey (kelsey@HBeeCreations.com). Please make contact within 14 days of the package missing.

Cancellations: You’re free to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. Due to the unique nature of cards and other items offered by Honeybee Creations, cancellations after the 12 hour window will not be possible.  If you are unhappy with your order, please email Kelsey at kelsey@HBeeCreations.com to discuss. If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, Kelsey will happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their minds regarding a sale, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered.

Refunds and Exchanges: Honeybee Creations is happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. Refunds and exchanges are not available for custom items unless they are visibly damaged during the shipping process. Please do not hesitate to contact Kelsey at kelsey@HBeeCreations.com so she can address the damage.
